The Location

The property is based in the Davenport area of Orlando, just off Highway 27. It is 10 miles from Disney going back along Highway 192. There is a newly opened shopping complex just by Regal Palms called Berry Town Centre which includes a Publix Supermarket, various other food outlets and a bank. There is a WalMart Super Centre 3 miles north of the resort.
