Our luxury 4 bedroom Town House is part of the Regal Palms Resort at Highland Reserve Golf Club and is situated in a private gated community. It is fully air-conditioned, fully furnished and has its own private driveway providing parking for two cars. The bedrooms include a King-Size Master Suite, Queen Size Suite and two Suites with twin beds, Plus a Queen Sleeper Sofa in the Living Room and 3 full baths. There is the comfort of a fully equipped gourmet kitchen, dining room, washer/dryer, wireless internet and large TVs and DVD Player.

The Town House is a Bermuda Type Unit and comprises:

• 4 bedrooms

• 3.5 bathrooms with separate lockout

• Inner terrace unit with 1,679 sq ft air-conditioned area

The ground floor comprises a covered entrance porch, entrance foyer, kitchen, dining area, great room, covered terrace, cloakroom, ground floor double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with a king size bed, wardrobes and a separate entrance door.

The stairs lead to the first floor which comprises:

• A master bedroom with a queen size bed, walk-in wardrobes, balcony, en-suite bathroom and a lockable safe. The third and forth double bedrooms with fitted wardrobes and third bathroom.

• Bedroom 1 has a large queen size bed with en-suite bathroom with bath and shower. There is also a walk in wardrobe and safe for guests to use free of charge. Bedroom 2 is a twin with a shared bathroom. Bedroom 3 is a twin with a shared bathroom. Bedroom 4 is a large king size with en-suite bathroom which is on the ground floor with easy access (wheel chair friendly). In the lounge area there is a double bed settee to enable you to sleep up to ten people.

• Please note that the Bermuda has a secondary front entrance and the ground floor bedroom/en-suite can be locked from the main house if required. Therefore the Bermuda can be used (By the owner and his/her guests) as separate units, i.e. a one bedroom and a three bedroom at the same time.

Spacious lounge area, with patio doors opening onto a veranda ideal for outdoor entertaining.

A large open plan sitting room with dining area and servery through to the kitchen.

Kitchen

Fully equipped kitchen, fridge/freezer with ice maker, dishwasher, microwave, large cooker, toaster, coffee maker, juicer etc. A washer dryer can be found on the first floor.
